Dr. Martin Stahl, Managing Director

Dr. Martin Stahl founded SAC in 2013 and is the Managing Director. He has 20 years of broad experience in the automotive industry and is adept with automotive OEMs and suppliers.

His focus areas are electromobility strategies, future mobility concepts, market entry and growth strategies in the emerging markets as well as creating and implementing automotive products, product development processes and regional expansion programs.

Prior to SAC, Dr. Stahl has been working with BMW Group for 10 years and with McKinsey for 4 years with projects mainly in Europe and China. He has a background in industrial engineering and holds a Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen.

Dr. Nina Leffers, Partner

Dr. Nina Leffers joined SAC in in 2016. She has 15 years of consulting expertise mainly in the automotive and machine building industry.

She has a focus on customer facing processes and broad expertise in market entry and growth strategies. Her current areas of interest are future mobility concepts, white label strategies and the impact on autonomous driving on various industries.

Prior to SAC, Dr. Leffers has been working with McKinsey for 4 years with projects mainly in Europe and China. She has a background in Business Administration and holds a Ph.D. in Marketing. Her studies took her to the University of Muenster, University of Illinois and Shandong University. She holds a professorship at the Technical University of Applied Sciences in Regensburg and teaches subjects in the field of strategy, marketing and sales.
